About the role:

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - HRIS at our corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO

 

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of HR Applications, this role is responsible for providing functional support for the full suite of HRIS applications including UKG, SAP and SuccessFactors. As a member of the team, this person will work closely with other HRIS team members and end users in the US and Australia on support issues, enhancement requests and new projects. The salary range for this position is $58k-$63k annually.

 

Duties will Include:

Business Engagement responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support for US and Australian end users.
  • Provide training for end users.
  • Support new implementations and software upgrades.
  • Document new business requirements and work within the team to implement new system functionality.

 

System configuration responsibilities:

  • UKG Pro Workforce Management - configuration, report development, and Boomi integrations.
  • Employee Central Payroll.
  • Develop solutions for 3rd party integrations between Peabody and outside vendors.
  • Drive the optimization of existing solutions to enhance performance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process automation, integration and standardization.

 

The lifestyle:

This position is a full-time role working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm CST. Peabody offers flexible work policies, including hybrid office/home working arrangements.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with other team members, departments and outside parties
  • Technical skills including troubleshooting, configuration, and testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a corporate environment.
  • General knowledge of mining industry. (Preferred)
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle and experience with HRIS projects.
  • General knowledge of UKG, SAP and/or SuccessFactors (Preferred)
  • Ability to work both independently and within a group

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
  • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
  • Must be able to use a computer 
  • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
