Title:  Storeperson

About the role: 
We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Storeperson at our Wilpinjong mine.  Our Wilpinjong mine is an open-cut mine located 48 kilometers northeast of Mudgee producing a high quality thermal coal for export and domestic markets.

In this role you will ensure efficient operation of the warehouse and inventory management to support adequate supply of parts to the maintenance and operations team.

Duties will include:

• Unloading and loading freight
• Accurate data entry into the SAP
• Daily receipting of deliveries and issue of parts
• Ensuring that the warehouse areas are kept clean and tidy
• Responsible for the completion of stock takes, issuing of inventory items
• Support Corporate Supply Chain Management in the roles of warehouse matters

About you:

The successful candidate must have a current Driver’s License and Forklift Ticket along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Storeperson within a maintenance warehouse environment. The following skills are also required:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• SAP experience highly desirable
• Demonstrated history of providing high level customer service
• A can do attitude..
