Title:  Supervisor Prep Plant

About the Role

We are currently seeking applications for CHPP Supervisor to join the team at our our Centurion underground mine, Our Centurion mine is located 160 kilometres west of Mackay. For more information on Centurion visit (centurionmine.com.au)

Reporting to the CHPP Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide leadership to the CHPP operating team on shift.

• Lead and supervise the CHPP operations team, ensuring safety, compliance, and contractor management standards are upheld.
• Drive a strong safety culture by conducting investigations, reviewing risk management tools (JSA’s, SOP’s), and taking corrective action where required.
• Manage production targets including feed throughput, yield, product quality, train loading, and water management in collaboration with Mining, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.
• Oversee breakdown management and troubleshooting to minimise downtime and optimise plant performance.
• Develop, mentor, and support Operator/Maintainers, providing feedback and performance management to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure accurate reporting, shift logs, and data entry into AMPLA to support operational efficiency and compliance.

We are ideally looking for someone with:

• Solid CHPP operational and technical experience.
• A relevant trade qualification (Electrical, Mechanical Fitter or similar).
• Proven capability across maintenance management (mechanical and electrical).
• Strong track record in supervising CHPP Production and safely delivering production targets.
