About the role:

Peabody has an opening for a SuccessFactors Consultant to join an established and successful business running the SAP SuccessFactors suite on a fixed-term contract. We are looking for a specialist to lead development, support and maintain the modules internally. Reporting to the Global Senior Manager – HRIS & Analytics, you will own and optimize the system in conjunction with in-house IT teams and external partners with a view to leading the HR team to best practice adoption. This position is based in our Brisbane office. 

 

 

Duties will include:

  • Own, optimize, enhance, configure and troubleshoot key SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting (RCM & RMK), Onboarding 1.0, Learning Management, Performance and Goals
  • Support translation of business requirements into functional and technical requirements across SuccessFactors modules
  • Review, configure and test key features of SuccessFactors to meet business needs including Half yearly system updates
  • Create and help execute UAT testing plans for approval and sign off
  • Ensure consistent process across our global footprint and SuccessFactors solution
  • Establish and maintain a procedural documentation library for the HR teams
  • Support organizational communication & change management efforts for system changes and enhancements
  • Interaction with IT/SAP support to escalate issues, tickets and resolution as required

 

About you:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience essential
    • HR operations and/or consulting background advantageous
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field
    • Professional certification in SAP HCM (or similar) highly regarded
  • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle multi-functional projects and initiatives
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, evaluate and apply resources as needed
  • Ability to proactively diagnose problems, identify and drive the appropriate solutions
  • Good attention to detail, process oriented and high-level of accuracy
  • Ability to relate to, influence and collaborate with employees at all levels in the organization
